“ChuDo Consulting exists because I wanted to use my twenty five years of business analysis experience to help others develop and grow. In 2010 at the age of 43 I was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease; a progressive degenerative neurological disorder for which there is currently no cure. This came as a huge shock to me and in many ways I am still coming to terms with it as my symptoms progress. One thing my diagnosis did give me was a sense of purpose and the need to make sure I use my remaining time in as positive a way as I can. I also realised that sharing my experience since diagnosis and speaking honestly about my condition can help others deal with the situations that life has presented them with.

I am also keen to share my extensive experience as a Business Analyst. I have always been a person who asks questions and stumbling into this role by accident has been a blessing. Business Analysis is not just a job, it is a vital skillset in business and life. There is power in curiosity and I am grateful that I have been able to use it as part of my career and now have the opportunity to share it with other people of like mind.

When I speak at Conferences about my experience in dealing with change, I like to talk about leaving a legacy. Hopefully this website will be part of that.”
